Specialty Acts
Stand alone entertainment or acts to build into larger shows.
Ozworks tours a large number of what we categorize as "specialty acts" to special events, sporting events and theme parks as stand alone entertainment options. They are more than roving entertainers as many of them have scripted routines they can use as featured entertainment options for our clients. Plus of coarse most of them rove as well.
Ozworks creative director will often use these specialty acts to "value add" large shows or productions that he is creating giving the shows that special edge.
A good example would be the use of the "Crack Up Sisters" in the recent Ozworks production "The John Williamson Great Australian Muster". John Williamson isn't a comedy act. He's a classy iconic Australian Country Music artist but when you mix the comedy and spontaneity of the Crack Up Sisters into his show you suddenly open up a whole range of situational comedy gags.
For example the girls tried desperately to milk a cow during one of John's songs so they had fresh milk for his cup of tea. Unfortunately in their haste they failed to realize that it wasn't a cow at all...it was a bull.
At the end of John's song he turned to the girls and said,

"Girls if you do happen to get any milk out of that animal (pause) please don't put it in my cup a tea."
