Below is one of our talented sand sculpture artists, Steve who has been imagining and creating these sculptures for the past three years.
Steve sculpts amazing works of art out of sand on Main Beach in Byron Bay. Steve has been making sand castles for three years and his spectacular creations have taken him all over the country from competitions to conventions and back to beaches.
Steve's sandcastles have become a tourist landmark for
anyone traveling to Byron Bay.
These sand castles take Steve about 6 hours to create using only sand, water and a healthy dose of imagination. At sunset is when these creations truly come to life with the help of a little candle light.
